Who We Are

StaySnap.ie is an Irish-owned data processing service based in Co. Kerry, Ireland. Contact us at insights@staysnap.ie with any privacy questions.

What Data We Process

When you use our service you send us a CSV export of your guest reviews. This file may contain guest names and review text. We act as a Data Processor on your behalf under GDPR Article 4(8) — you remain the Data Controller.

What We Do With It

Names are removed immediately upon receipt
We analyse only the anonymised review text
We never share, sell or store your data beyond the processing period
We never use your data for any purpose other than producing your report

How Long We Keep It

Raw CSV files are permanently deleted within 7 days of receipt. Our monthly report contains no personal data and is sent to you via email only.

Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold. You can request this at any time by emailing insights@staysnap.ie. We will confirm deletion within 72 hours.

Security

Files are transferred via encrypted email only. No data is stored in third party platforms or cloud services beyond your email provider.

Cookies

StaySnap.ie does not use cookies or any tracking technology. We do not use Google Analytics or any third party analytics tools.
